The sponsor of our educational institution is Workforce Europe GmbH based in Burgdorf.
Our nursing school is based in Hanover in the immediate vicinity of the Medical University (MHH) and bears the name “”WE CARE”
WE stands for the parent company “Workforce Europe”. CARE stands for: Center for Recognition, Recruiting, Integration.
Overall, WE CARE naturally stands for “We care”, but also for “We take care of” in terms of the integration of our foreign care workers.
Our team consists of experienced nursing educators, nursing scientists, practice instructors and other specialists with well over 15 years of experience in the training and further education of German and foreign nursing staff in Hanover.

OUR EDUCATIONAL PROFILE
We offer a pedagogical concept specially tailored to you, in which practice-oriented teaching is the guiding principle. With us, the special requirements of German care are clearly conveyed to the participants in selected learning and practical situations.
During the internship, our practical instructors provide individual practical support in the internship companies. This supports and, if necessary, supplements the activities of the practice instructors on site. At the same time, the practical part of the knowledge test or aptitude test is individually prepared on site. With this individual, intensive and targeted exam preparation, you as a participant are well prepared for the practical and oral exam.
